Made from medium toasted malted rye, this 2012 distillation is flawless. Distilled in old Cognac pot stills and aged in American oak, this whiskey is as adventurous as its name sake. Captain Fletcher, a whale boat captain, sailor, and ship’s carpenter, was the first to settle Navarro, California. He was generous, fearless, and honest, just like the Rye Whiskey he represents.

As Crispin tells it, “While I worked for Germain-Robin Brandy, I had a vision of making fine whiskey here in Northern California, one which expresses the simple beauty of clean air, clean water, and tall trees, while capturing the complexity of malted grains from a variety of local and classic sources.”
